- A 90min initial exploratory session where we dive into various aspects of your life; you will take away from this

session a Wheel of Satisfaction (with instructions) to complete

- A 60min second session to help you focus your priorities and set goals to move forwards with

​

- One to one messaging support after this session and before your next

​

- A 60min review and forward planning session
