Who am I?
Hi, I'm Sam, a mum, a doctor (GP and British Menopause Society Menopause Specialist), a counsellor and  a coach..... the perfect combination to help you with your mental wellbeing at any age or stage of life or your (peri)menopause care when that time comes.  
I can provide;
Emotional Support: Providing a listening ear and emotional support during times of stress, uncertainty, or when facing difficult life situations such as loss of a loved one, loss of a job, relationship difficulties and much more!
Work-Life Balance Guidance: Helping you find a balance between your responsibilities as a mum and other aspects of your life, such as career and personal interests.
Self-Care Advice: Encouraging you to prioritize self-care and well-being, emphasizing the importance of taking care of yourself in addition to your children.
Problem-Solving Support: Assisting you to find effective solutions to challenges you may be facing in life in general!.
Medical advice, input, care and prescribing: comprehensive remote (peri)menopause clinics to help you work out the right (and safe) way forward for you.
