Frequently Asked Questions about the (peri)menopause Mood & Mind Mentor option

Is this a medical appointment?

No. Although I am a GP and menopause specialist, this service is not a medical consultation. These sessions focus on emotional wellbeing, psychological support, and helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing.
I will not diagnose, prescribe, interpret tests, or provide medical treatment.

Do you work in-person or online?

Both — you choose what suits you.
You can mix and match between in-person and video sessions.

Can you advise me on HRT or medication?

I can explain how treatments work in general, but I will not recommend or adjust specific medications.
I can help you explore your feelings about treatment decisions and prepare questions for your healthcare provider.

  •
